How Are Laser Nozzles Are Made? | Lino Laser

We supply high-performance laser nozzles made of pure copper. They go through six strict production steps including cutting, polishing, chrome plating, marking, cleaning and packaging.

Nozzles
At Lino Laser, we provide high-performance laser consumables. Our nozzles are crafted from 100% premium copper, ensuring optimal thermal conductivity and durability. Here is our professional 6-step production process:

  1. Precision Blank Cutting The process starts by cutting exact shapes from high-purity copper plates. We ensure every blank meets strict dimensional requirements for consistent performance.
  1. Surface Polishing Raw blanks are polished to a mirror finish. A smooth surface is essential for stable gas flow and preventing air turbulence during the laser cutting process.
  1. Chrome Plating Each nozzle is electroplated with chrome. This adds a protective layer that makes the nozzle harder and significantly reduces slag buildup, extending its service life.
  1. Laser Caliber Marking To ensure easy identification on the shop floor, we engrave the aperture size clearly on every nozzle. No more guesswork for your operators.
  1. Ultrasonic Cleaning & Drying We remove all microscopic impurities and oils through a specialized washing process. The nozzles are then thoroughly dried to prevent oxidation and ensure a "plug-and-play" experience.
  1. Secure Packaging Every nozzle undergoes a final quality check before being boxed. Our packaging is designed to protect the precision tips during international shipping.

From raw materials to final packaging, quality is always our top priority. We look forward to establishing long-term cooperation with you.
